I believe that we all have the ability to help each other on this amazing journey of life. I work collaboratively with you to ensure that this process helps you reach your goals, whatever those might be. I want to constantly be working myself out of a job. I never want you to stay in therapy forever. I want you to leave therapy with skills, healing and the confidence you need to walk in life feeling happy, connected and on your way to fulfillment. As a TEAM CBT certified clinician I am confident that together we can make this happen!

About me

I have had the honor of working with individuals, youth and their families since 2009. I am excited and honored to be a part of your journey be it with you, your teenager, you and your partner or your entire family. 

Getting Help

Congratulations for taking the first step to getting help! Choosing a therapist can be overwhelming, daunting and just plain exhausting. When looking for a therapist try to understand your needs. What is it you are wanting help/support with? Is it depression, anxiety, self worth, conflict? You get to be the driver in this process. Don't be afraid to ask the questions that you need to to make sure it's a good fit. 70% of the effectiveness of therapy is the relationship you build with your therapist. Make sure you are a part of that process. Many therapist can help with whatever your issues might be. Make sure you choose someone that matches your style.
