Individual
Therapy

Individual therapy is an individual process. I don't believe that each person is going through the same thing. Yes, I do believe there are common themes but each person is still an individual and deserves to be treated as such. I am here to help you through whatever it is you need support with. Here are some examples of things I support individuals with.

 

  • Are you entering the phase of life where you are beginning to question if this is all life is?

  • Are you suffering from depression or anxiety that seems to be getting worse as you get older?

  • Are you coming out later in life and wanting support in navigating the grief/loss/fear/excitement that journey entails?

  • Do you feel like you keep repeating the same patterns of unhappiness? Jobs, dating, friendships?

  • Have you experienced a large loss? (death of a loved one, loss of a job, divorce, etc.)

  • Do you have past traumas that you are now ready and wanting to get healing for?

  • Are you feeling stuck in life and want support in making life transitions?

  • Have you discovered later in life that your sexuality or gender might not be what you originally thought it was?

  • Do your "quirks" now seem to get in the way of relationships and employment and truly living life?

  • Do you find yourself just not motivated to get anything done?

  • Are you finding life transitions more stressful than joyous? (marriage, new jobs, new babies, new homes, retirement, high school/college graduations etc)
